REV 2026.09 · For Brooklyn Tech, Stuyvesant and Bronx Science families
Every school message in.
One clear timeline out.
Ryba reads the Daily Announcements, school emails, PA newsletters and the text inside flyers. It groups repeats, places each date on your student's timeline, and keeps a link to the original.

What Ryba does
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Every date in one timeline | Events, deadlines and meetings from every school email, in the order they happen. The next two weeks come first, with later dates below. |
| A briefing for your student | Tell Ryba your student's grade, like 9th grade (class of 2030), and interests like Debate. The briefing brings forward what's likely to matter to them, without hiding schoolwide news. |
| Every detail links to the original | Ryba uses AI to read announcements, and AI can make mistakes. So every item links to the announcement it came from, and if a date or room isn't stated, Ryba leaves it out instead of guessing. |
| Reads the flyers too | Some dates only appear in a flyer or picture in the email. Ryba reads those too, like the Chamber Music concert date, which came from a flyer. |
| Repeats become one item | The Playbill Challenge showed up in eight announcements. In Ryba it's one item, with each announcement listed under Sources. |
| Search every announcement | Find Club Fair, Room 2N6 or Election Day across every Daily Announcement, email and PA newsletter. |
| Notifications if you want them | Choose Important only for things that need action, or All updates for everything new. You can also leave them off. |
| Your student's info stays with you | Ryba asks for your child's name, grade and interests. Have more than one child? Add each one and switch between them. The name shows which child you are looking at. The grade and interests help show the right news. This stays in your browser. Ryba does not save it. |
